What it means to us:

The idea that real-life defensive scenarios are completely unpredictable and will require you to evaluate the situation and react with the appropriate amount of force.

NSR is dedicated to the positive forward progression of all shooters. Over 30 years of competition, self defense, and CCW firearms experience- combined with 15 years in the commercial and private training spaces- brought together Non Standard Response. The curriculum is designed around the idea that all shooters are not the same and need to be met at an individual level. This way NSR creates Safe, Confident, and most of all Capable Shooters. NSR classes are also intended to be fun, if we are not enjoying our training as students and instructors we don’t get the full juice from the squeeze.

All NSR advanced courses can be done in open enrollment or as private sessions. We believe all levels of training should be available for civilians with a working family’s schedule. Therefore, private classes are available and can be customized to a degree for the individual client. A family trained in proper use of firearms ensures a safe environment for themselves and for those around them. Proper training can turn potential hazards into tools of safety and security.

Corporate classes are also available and can be customized to meet the needs of your business and employees.
